End User License Agreement - EULA

redpill Hacker EULA and conditions of use.

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the mentioned author (redpill.co.za) of this Software for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media and “online” or electronic documentation (“SOFTWARE PRODUCT”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bounded by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  • A license for redpill Hacker is purchased for a specific computer. The redpill Hacker program can create payloads for unlimited computers, but the redpill Hacker console can only be used from one computer per license.
  • As instructed in the email you received with your installation instructions, you should keep a copy of your install file in a safe place. As each customer gets a unique edition, redpill does not keep copies of customer's install files. If your install file is lost and you need to install again, you will need to pay the rebuild fee.
  • The improper use of redpill Hacker can lead to the payloads of a specific build (edition) to have a much higher detection rate. It that happens, you will require a rebuild. All rebuilds/upgrades are changed for.
  • redpill Hacker as well as all the training material provided with redpill Hacker should only be used for educational purposes, penetration testing and other legal forms of hacking.

Replacing Your Computer

You are allowed to move a license to another computer if you are replacing your computer. You are however only allowed to do this once every 3 years (on average a computer is replaced once every 4-7 years). You should also keep in mind that although you install on a different computer, it is still the same edition. If you give your redpill Hacker to a friend, his usage (even from another computer) will also affect your detection rate. See 'What you can do to reduce the detection rate' in this article..
